| This DVD is part of the PBS Secrets of the Dead series. PBS is a class act. This could have been cheesy or un-researched. But of course, being PBS, it is impeccable. I was entranced. You can look to other reviews for the content, I will say that this gave me a completely new view of Church history. Emotions such as rage, terror, pity, and deep sadness flowed through me as I watched the recreations. It is interesting and relevant to us today on so many levels. I believe students in general should see what a good old-fashioned, grass-roots, underground movement looks like. |

| This is a good overview of the sacrifice made by some (Wycliffe, Tyndale) so that we could read the Bible in English. Tyndale's contribution also affects the way we speak today with many of his phrases from the Bible still being spoken today. |
