My father died when I was young. I've missed him over the years, but as I've aged (I'm forty-seven years young), I've missed Dad even more. I yearn for his advice, wisdom, and understanding--to help me over the hurdles in my life.
After reading Aging is an Attitude, I felt as though I had just had a heart-to-heart talk with my dad. I got answers in this book that I didn't even know I needed--answers I never thought I would see. Thank you, Mr. Murphey.
Cecil Murphey touches on many important issues that we all face in our lives: fear of aging, fear of death (a fear a lot of us have), how to handle these problems, and so much more. His wisdom and experience abounds on the pages of this book.
