| Linda Spangle's book has been a huge help to me! One of the most important things she talks about is that you must be committed to losing weight and not just interested. If you are committed, she will walk you through 100 days of working at weight loss, with little tips to help you through. This is not a *diet* book in that she tells you what to eat, you can use this with any diet you choose. |

My weight loss buddy and I decided that weight loss is really a mental game and we needed a coach. This book really helps with that, giving daily gems to help us to face the mental challenges. We also LOVE her other book, Life is Hard, Food is Easy.
Really, these are wonderful books that are helping us stay on track.

| This book helps the dieter get through each day or hard moment. Each of the 100 tips is just 1 - 2 pages so it is easy to access and read. It is hard to come up with 100 good ideas for dieting, but Linda S has done it. |
