Item Description... Overview In The Final Move Beyond Iraq, Mike Evans addresses the greatest threat America has faced since the Civil War: the Islamic revolution, or Islamofascism. While the United States debates the best way to solve the situation in Iraq, the terrorists are claiming victory and planning to take their show to American soil once again. Drawing from extensive interviews with prime ministers, CIA directors, and other insiders, Evans looks at the history and ideology behind the Islamic revolution to explore its very real threat to U.S. interests ?why radical Islamic terrorists will only step back when they fear us, why victory in Iraq is important to U.S. security, why the United States and Israel cannot sit idly by and let Iran achieve its desire for nuclear weapons, and why stabilization in Iraq now would sound defeat rather than victory. The Final Move Beyond Iraq is a wake-up call to mobilize millions to action. America is fighting for its life in the first war of the twenty-first century.

 | Awaken, O Church...know the signs of the times Oct 30, 2008 |
| An eye-opening account of those past decisions made in the USA by the government that has laid the ground-work for the current wars and what we can expect if we 'pull out' of Iraq. A must read for everyone who is in those generations since WWII and Viet Nam. To me, the most memorable line was where a foreign government official asks the question "Who is more prepared to fight the enemy, your army or your civilians?" It is a question we should ask ourselves before we make decisions that will force the results upon us. | | | | Interesting Read Oct 13, 2008 |
| This isn't the type of book that I can say I "enjoy" reading. It is very interesting and information of which I was looking. The author knows his subject and does an excellent job putting pen to paper. I suggest anyone who is interested in future world events buy this book. | | | | Good book Aug 28, 2008 |
| Even though this book is not as current as some others, it gives you a history of how the Middle East evolved into what's happening today. Some of the interviews with top officials explain why current events should not have been a surprise to us, and that the signs were misinterpreted (politically or otherwise) as the situation continued to deterioriate. It also certainly examines how our thinking is so foreign to what Middle East radicals think that, until we were "attacked" (and we have been attacked many times prior to 9/11), we were not going to wake up. | | | | Here's the Quick Version Aug 7, 2008 |
| Here's the concise version of Mike Evans's worldview: Kill all the Muslims because the end of the world is coming. The same bloodsoaked nonsense millenial preachers have been screeching for 1500 years. The world hasn't ended, but that never discourages their fans, so eager are they for the planet to be obliterated. | | | | Overrated Jul 17, 2008 |
| The book is okay, but it is overrated. I also found dozens of copies at my local dollar store shortly after delivery. | | | Write your own review about The Final Move Beyond Iraq
