A wonderful time with the Lord! Sep 1, 2006
I had the privilege to see this artist at Anne Graham Lotz' Just Give Me Jesus revival in New Orleans, where he led our worship...she said when she first heard his singing, she had to go prostrate before the Lord. I understand why! This CD of beautiful worship music is very special and wonderful..."Give Me Jesus" and "Jesus, King of Angels" bring tears to me everytime I listen...

Great Performance, Bad Recording Sep 23, 2005
I wish there were 2 ratings: 1 for artists' performance and the other the sonic quality of the CD recording. In the case of this CD by Fernando Ortega, I would rate the former at 5 stars while the sound quality of the recording is rated at 1 star (sounded too artificial and bad studio mixing) which marred my enjoyment of this otherwise great performance.

Fernando Ortega's Hymns of Worship Sep 8, 2005
This is a CD that we play daily because of the words and vocal quality of Mr Orgegs's voice. It is a superb recording for those who appreciate the "old" Hymns of the faith (and some that aren't so old). This is definitely a 5-Star recording.

Edifying To All Who Will Listen Jul 26, 2005
Thoughtful, worshipful music approved for just about all musical persuasions.
Fernando sings calmly and puts the listener in a contemplative mood. The CD will not disappoint those that need to just sit, relax, tune out the world around them and just focus on the Lord.
Favorite track is 'Jesus, King of Angels'.
This is a great CD I like listening to while studying the Word.
Highly recommended.

FERNANDO and GENIE Are the two most inspired artists Nov 23, 2004
FERNANDO IS THE ONLY ARTIST WHO MAKES ME FEEL REALLY, REALLY RELAXED.
wELL, THERE IS ONE OTHER ARTIST WHO DOES AND THAT IS gENIE.
I mean GENIE.
I would get any music by Genie and Fernando. I believe they used to record for the same record company before Genie became Amish or whatever she did.
I've seen them both and they are amazing. Really special. Nothing like the usual business of so called Christian music.
This album is rich and deep.
