| I actually was praying one day that God would help me to get motivated to excercise and take care of this body. That same night I went to a weekly meeting I attend, which happens to be in the library of a church. There was a box of free books on the floor and throughout the entire meeting, I could not keep from being drawn to look at the box. When the meeting ended I picked up Leslie's book and kind of grunted, forgetting my earlier prayer. I thought, "I need another book like I need a whole in my head." But, I picked it up and took it home. The next morning it was calling my name. I inserted the DVD that comes with the book, having no idea I was about to embark on a new workout experience. I must say, it was "Exactly what I needed." I was so excited that I found something I could do---rain or shine, in the comfort of my own home--that actually gives you a total body workout in about a half hour each day---that I ordered a copy for my sister in law. THE SELLER ADVERTISED A BOOK AND D DVD AS A COMPLETE PURCHASE. WELL, THE BOOK ARRIVED, MINUS THE ADVERTISED DVD.
AN EMAIL WAS SENT TO THE SELLER, ASKING WHY THE DVD WAS NOT SENT. NO REPLY WAS FORTHCOMMING.
ANYTHING THAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG WITH THIS TRANSACTION,DID GO WRONG.

| This book and cd are one of the best Leslie Sansone has ever done. It is inspirational and motivational and I know that I will begin to lose the weight because of this book and cd. I have many of her exercise cds but this one I love the most. 2 diets, different needs, both met with this exercise DVD--and it comes with a bonus book of Christian inspiration. My wife and I found it helpful from both sources. The exercise is doable for us, senior citizens (60+), with a desire to stay as healthy as possible, and I surviving 2 heart attacks. The included DVD walking exercise fits the bill for both of us. Exertion enough to make an impact but slow enough to play it safe with my cardio issues. Walking, not dancing, so even men can participate comfortably.
She liked the book as well with it's encouragement and inspiration packed into each page. The book and DVD are good companions, like she and I, but we use the DVD exercise regularly (with others by Leslie Sansone), safely and with positive results. Pounds gone. Spirits lifted. Health steady. Marriage relationship only gets better and better by doing things together. Even exercise.
Also take a look at "Leslie Sansone-Walk Away the Pounds:For Your Week." It seems to be quite cardio-patient friendly as well.
My wife and I recommend this, the DVD alone is worth the cost, and recommend it for man or woman, better used by both--together. Christian or not, you'll also find inspiration and motivation in the book pages. The Faith fervor extends into the 2-mile walk on the program. Buy it and get hooked on walking for the rest of your life.
Take my advise, do the exercise walking with a trim, beautiful lady, like I do. I go with my wife. Yes, I'm very prejudiced. SHE IS my life!
