In the early 1900s, backbreaking manual labor was a daily reality of everyday people. In order to survive they found strength in community, family, and faith. Farming communities would gather together at time of harvest to help their neighbors only to return to their own farms at night to handle their own chores. Life today has its own challenges and we all struggle to make it through. Isnt it comforting to realize that we are not alone, that God loves us and promises to shoulder our burden if we turn to Him?
This piece is framed and matted with gallery-style materials for enduring display. The authentic ca.1910 photograph is printed on premium resin-coated photographic stock, double weight, and set into vintage metal corner tabs.
